Our supply chain covers premium global brands, ensuring authentic and reliable products.
Products are shipped directly from official or certified warehouses.
Standard shipping time is 3–35 days, with full tracking available.
IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION
To offer you the best value on premium ultralight gear, we work with trusted international fulfillment partners. Most items ship directly from our warehouses to you, which allows us to maintain lower prices while ensuring quality.
PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
During peak seasons (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas), processing may take 2-4 business days.
SHIPPING TO UNITED STATES
- Standard Shipping::3–20 business days – $4.99, Orders $0.00–$199.99
- Free Shipping:3–20 business days – FREE, Orders $200.00 and up
Delivery timeframes begin after processing and include international transit time. Most orders arrive within the estimated window, though occasional delays may occur due to customs or carrier schedules.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- Canada: 15-25 business days - $12.99，Free Shipping on orders over $250
- Europe: 15-30 business days - $19.99，Free Shipping on orders over $250

International delivery times may vary due to customs processing in your country.

We partner directly with manufacturers and international distribution centers to eliminate middlemen and pass savings to you. While this means slightly longer delivery times than domestic retailers, you benefit from:

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once shipped, you'll receive:

Please note: International tracking may take 3-5 business days to become active in the system. This is normal and doesn't affect your delivery time.
MULTIPLE PACKAGES
Orders with items from different warehouses may arrive in separate packages at different times. Each package will have its own tracking number. This allows us to ship available items faster rather than waiting to combine everything.
CUSTOMS AND DUTIES (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are:
- Not included in our shipping costs
- Collected by the carrier or customs upon delivery
- Determined by your country's customs regulations
We declare accurate product values on all shipments and cannot mark items as gifts or undervalue products.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
We ship to most countries worldwide. We cannot ship to:
- P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses
- Countries under international trade restrictions
- Remote areas not serviced by our carriers

DELAYED OR MISSING PACKAGES
If your package hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe:
- Check your tracking information for the latest updates
- Allow 2-3 extra business days for potential carrier delays

- We'll investigate with the carrier and resolve the issue
For confirmed lost packages, we'll send a replacement or provide a full refund.
