RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At 1GramLighter, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in original condition.

RETURN WINDOW
You may return items within 30 days from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

ELIGIBLE ITEMS FOR RETURN

Returnable Items:
• Unused products in original packaging
• Items with all original tags and labels
• Products in resalable condition
• Items returned within 30 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items:
• Personalized or customized products
• Items damaged by misuse or normal wear
• Products without original packaging
• Items returned after 30 days
• Hygiene-sensitive products (if applicable)

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
1. Contact Us: Email support@1gramlighter.com with your order number and reason for return
2. Receive Authorization: We'll send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions
3. Ship the Item: Package the item securely and ship it to our returns center
4. Receive Refund: We'll process your refund within 3-5 business days after receiving the return

REFUND PROCESSING
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method:
• Credit/Debit Cards: 3-7 business days
• PayPal: 1-3 business days
• Shop Pay: 1-3 business days
• Bank Transfers: 5-10 business days

Note: Refund timing depends on your bank or payment provider's processing times.

PARTIAL REFUNDS
Partial refunds may be issued for:
• Items returned without original packaging
• Products showing signs of use beyond inspection
• Items returned after 30 days (at our discretion)
• Damaged items not caused by shipping

RETURN SHIPPING
Domestic Returns (US): We provide prepaid return labels for defective items or our errors. For other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.Return address: 265 Chelmsford Street STE7, Chelmsford, MA 01824, United States.

International Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.Please email us at support@1gramlighter.com for assistance before returning any items.

Tip: Keep your return tracking number until your refund is processed.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@1gramlighter.com with photos. We'll send a replacement at no cost or provide a full refund and cover all return shipping costs.

SHIPPING COSTS
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless:
• The item was defective or damaged upon arrival
• We sent the wrong item
• The item significantly differs from its description

EXCHANGES
We currently don't offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item:
1. Return the original item following our return process
2. Place a new order for the desired item
3. We'll process your refund once we receive the returned item

This ensures you get the item you want as quickly as possible.
