🚚 Shipping Information
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.
During peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.), processing times may extend to 2-3 business days. We'll notify you of any delays via email.

Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, we cannot ship to:
- P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses
- Countries under international trade restrictions
- Remote areas where our shipping partners don't deliver

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package using:
- The tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
- Your account dashboard on our website
- Directly on the carrier's website using your tracking number
Customs and Duties (International Orders)
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping costs and are collected by the carrier upon delivery.
We mark all packages with accurate product values and cannot mark items as 'gifts' or undervalue products to avoid customs fees.

Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

- Unused products in original packaging
- Items with all original tags and labels
- Products in resalable condition
- Items returned within 30 days of delivery
❌ Non-Returnable Items
- Personalized or customized products
- Items damaged by misuse or normal wear
- Products without original packaging
- Items returned after 30 days
- Hygiene-sensitive products (if applicable)
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Email support@1gramlighter.com or use our contact form
- Provide Information: Include your order number, reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged
- Receive Authorization: We'll send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions
- Ship the Item: Package the item securely and ship it to our returns center using the provided address
- Track Your Return: We'll email you once we receive and process your return
Return Shipping
Domestic Returns (US): We provide prepaid return labels for defective items or our errors. For other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
International Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Tip: Keep your return tracking number until your refund is processed.

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 3-7 business days to appear on your statement
- PayPal: 1-3 business days
- Shop Pay: 1-3 business days
- Bank Transfers: 5-10 business days
Note: Refund timing depends on your bank or payment provider's processing times.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued for:
- Items returned without original packaging
- Products showing signs of use beyond inspection
- Items returned after 30 days (at our discretion)
- Damaged items not caused by shipping
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless:
- The item was defective or damaged upon arrival
- We sent the wrong item
- The item significantly differs from its description
🔄 Exchanges
Exchange Policy
We currently don't offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item:
- Return the original item following our return process
- Place a new order for the desired item
- We'll process your refund once we receive the returned item
This ensures you get the item you want as quickly as possible, especially if the new item is in stock.
📋 Damaged or Defective Items
Reporting Issues
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery:

- Include photos of the damaged item and packaging
- Provide your order number and description of the issue
Our Response
For damaged or defective items, we'll:
- Send a replacement item at no cost
- Provide a full refund if replacement isn't available
- Cover all return shipping costs
- Process your case within 24 hours
